However it is necessary that you also read the series from the beginning. Christine Pope is a phenomenal writer and her books keep you on the very edge. I love all her books and series. Am so glad Ms. Pope did another book in this series. Their word is so easy to picture and get lost in. I could easily read another 6 of these books. Well done Ms. Pope. Thank you.
There is hope for redemption when you have someone believing in you, even when you have done something pretty horrific. I enjoy the Djinn and human interface but would like to have female Djinn and male humans.
I have loved every book in this series. Christine has created a bad situation in the most wonderful way. Her characters are believable, and her decriptions of the New Mexico cities are great. I am axiously awaiting the next book!
Christine Pole djjnn books are a!says a great read! I'm glad Aldair got to tell his story. I will be reading the rest of this series.
From the first book until now, I fell in love with this series. They remind me of the writing of Karen Marie Moning. I become sad when the end of the series nears, needing to slow down my reading because I don't want it to be over. That, for me, is what reading is all about.
I really like this series. The original characters are still my favorites.
It was really good to see the big bad jerk brother get redeemed. However, I kind of feel like this has been on a wind down with the last couple of books. The book was still great, I just feel like maybe something was missing.
